Also, all of the big box lenders are regulated by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC). All of your letters should be copied to the OCC and sent by overnight mail or return receipt requested. Be sure to include copies of your documents and any other part of your paper trail. Be sure to include your loan number, name and complete contact information:
