Loan Modification Hell: How To Find Your Mortgage Lender Or Bank CEO

If you are frustrated with customer 'no-service' you've been receiving from your mortgage lender, try going straight to the top with your complaint.
To get you started, here are the main “big box lender” CEOs and their company’s main offices. Also, all of the big box lenders are regulated by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC). All of your letters should be copied to the OCC and sent by overnight mail or return receipt requested. Be sure to include copies of your documents and any other part of your paper trail. Be sure to include your loan number, name and complete contact information:

The 2010 Toyota recall models list affects more than two million vehicles.

Here are the models affected by the Toyota recall:

• 2009-2010 RAV4,
• 2009-2010 Corolla,
• 2009-2010 Matrix,
• 2005-2010 Avalon,
• 2007-2010 Camry,
• 2010 Highlander,
• 2007-2010 Tundra,
• 2008-2010 Sequoia

GM recalled the Pontiac Vibe, which is similar to the Toyota Matrix, days later.

Unrelated to the Toyota recall, which involves a gas pedal issue, Honda announced its own recall last week.

Honda's recall affects more than 646,000 Fit Cars. The concern is related to its window switches. These switches can overheat, if exposed to liquid, causing smoke, melting, or fire. See the Wall Street Journal report.

A follow-up on the Toyota recall...Once Toyota gives the green light to bring your car in for the necessary repair, related to the recall, they may provide you a rental car for use while the car is being repaired.

Check back for further details as they come in. Toyota has said that the repairs may be done very soon. They also said that cars on the road will get repaired first.

So, Boost Mobile is now on the Sprint network. So, if you have Sprint as a cell phone provider, and your contract is up, you can switch to Boost mobile (a subsidiary of Sprint) and enjoy the same coverage and same everything as you had with Sprint for HALF the price. Boost unlimited calling is $50 per month. I just renewed my contract...so, I'm not able to take advantage of this offer. I hope they make an exception for people who just renewed...but, I'm thinking NOT.

Anyway, for more details, click on the link to read the article.

Did you know that our tax codes are so outrageously complicated, that even the IRS will not stand behind the advice its agents offer us on the phone. So, if, come tax time, you call the IRS for some advice, and use the advice to complete your tax returns; if the advice turns out to be wrong and the IRS comes after you, you can not use the fact that you received the advice from their agents, as a defense.
